Felice Halloween!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5184 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acetaiavillabianca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Halloween2.gif\" alt=\"halloween2\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(and a recipe for you!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Pumpkin Flan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>in ricotta cream, walnuts and Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong>: (6\/8): 600 gr. pumpkin, 5 eggs, 150 grams of grated parmesan cheese, 500 gr. ricotta, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste, 20 chopped walnuts, bread crumbs taste, 2 sockets savory, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acetaiavillabianca.com\/en\/shop\/\">traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acetaiavillabianca.com\/en\/shop\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-310\" src=\"http:\/\/www.acetaiavillabianca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/13_03_10_ricetta_zucca.jpg\" alt=\"13_03_10_ricetta_zucca\" width=\"980\" height=\"735\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong>: Cut large slices of pumpkin, remove the seeds and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 50\/60 minutes approx until it becomes soft. Remove from the oven and take the pulp off with a spoon, place it in a bowl and mash with a fork until it is reduced to a pur\u00e9e. Join the 4 eggs already whisked with parmesan cheese. Add ricotta cheese, chopped walnuts, savory, salt and oil. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and level with the back of a spoon. With the help of a fork draw horizontal and vertical strips. Beat 1 egg and brush gently over the entire surface. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, bake at 160 degrees for 40\/45 minutes.
